Problem

MarkVision Professional is not able to display the operator panel correctly; Printer's operator panel displayed in Russian

Environment

MarkVision Professional; Non Lexmark printer; Microsoft Windows NT 4; Microsoft Windows 2000; Microsoft Windows NT4 server; Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server

Solution

Using MarkVision Professional 10:

If you are using earlier MarkVision Professional versions:

  1. Unzip the following file to obtain "Process Snmp.class" - Process Snmp.class.zip

  2. Stop the MarkVision Server service

  3. Replace the current class file in the granite.jar file with the one provided above. (Save the current one first.)

  4. Restart the MarkVision Server service.
