Problem

Paper does not feed; Cannot pull paper

Environment

Scanning through Auto Document Feeder (ADF); If the pick roller pad is missing or not seated properly, paper will not be pulled into the ADF.

Solution

Check the pick roller pad to make sure that it is installed and seated securely.
