Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) provides reports that track printer usage and supplies history using the Analytics services.
For Cloud Fleet Management (CFM), only aggregate printer-level data is reported.
The reports can be tailored for either the partner’s organization or for all customer organizations managed by the partner.
Setup for CFM Reporting
In order for a partner to generate reports for customer organizations, the partner must have the Fleet Management Reporting Analyst role.
All LCS reporting is generated from the Analytics service in the LCS portal. Analytics can be accessed from the dashboard by clicking the Analytics card.
If the one or more customer organizations have been created, an option to Select an Organization is provided.
