Supply Level querying is only applicable on USB Connectivity. If you are using Network Connectivity, you can query Supplies Level using the following:
- Embedded Web Server
- Open SAFARI web browser
- In the address field, type in the printers IP Address
- Click Device Status
- Printers Operator Panel
- For InkJet products
- On printer's operator panel, select ‚"Ink Menu" to view the supplies level.
- Click "More Options" from the ‚"Ink Menu" and select ‚"Print Test Page"
- For Laser products
- On printer's operator panel, click ‚"Status/Supplies" and select "View Supplies". It will display the supplies level of all available supplies.
