Overview
This article outlines the steps on how to capture the Apache/OpenSSL and Tomcat versions running in LDD. This information is usually needed when reporting Security Vulnerabilities.
To get Tomcat version
Step 1. In the application server, navigate to Program Files > Lexmark > Solutions > tomcat.
Step 2. Open the release-notes file to see the tomcat version.
To get the Apache/OpenSSL version
Step 1. In the Load Balancer, click Start > Run or Search and open the Services.msc console.
Step 2. Find and click Apache on the list to show the Apache version (as shown in this sample screen shot below):
