This document is applicable to the following Lexmark printer models:

, CX921, CX922, CX923, CX924, XC9225, XC9235, XC9245, XC9255, and XC9265




This article will guide you in using the Card Copy app and achieve the same output to the other non-A3 printers.



How to scan using Card Copy app

Single-card scanning

When scanning a single card using the Card Copy app:


If Multi-Card option is OFF
place the card in the vertical position.
If Multi-Card option is ON
place the card in the horizontal position.



Multiple-card scanning

When scanning multiple cards, ensure that the Multi-Card option is ON and place the cards in vertical position. This is to prevent the output from being cropped.
