Bring up the Charms bar.

Click or tap the Search charm.
 
3 Type msinfo32.
4 You should see System Information on the left-hand side.
5 Click on System Information.

Desktop (via Power User Shortcuts)

1 Move your cursor to the lower-left corner of your desktop.

Right-click and then select Run from the shortcut menu.
