Solution

 Overview

 

When contacting Lexmark Technical Support or arranging warranty service, you will need to know your printer's machine (model) type and serial number. Find this information on labels located under the top-front cover and on the back of the machine. NOTE: The label under the top-front cover also lists the printer's part number (TLI) and Config ID number (CID).

NOTE: The printer's serial number is also listed on the menu settings page that you can print using the printer operator panel.

 

 

Locating the label

1 Open the front door cover.
2 Look for the sticker on the upper left-hand side of the printer (see the portion outlined in red box).
