Solution

Procedure: Reset Network Settings

NOTE: In order to reestablish wireless communication and network connectivity, this procedure will require you to reconnect the USB configuration cable and run the Wireless Configuration Utility or Wireless Setup Assistant (Macintosh).   


    1. Press the Power button to put the printer in power save mode ().
    2. Press and hold down the FORMFEED button. Keep the button held down.
    3. Press, but do not hold down, the Power button again to wake up the printer.  NOTE: There will be a moment when the power button LED appears to be OFF () before it turns ON ().
       
    4. Continue holding down the FORMFEED button for approximately 30 seconds. 
    5. Print the network settings page to verify that the factory default settings have been restored.
