Solution

Before You Begin

Reset the network settings and reconfigure the printer using the Wireless Configuration Utility or Wireless Setup Assistant (Macintosh) only if all other diagnostic checks have been performed first.  Use of these configuration utilities requires the USB configuration cable to be reconnected to the host computer.     

Procedure:  Resetting the Network Settings 
  1. Press Setup ().
  2. Press the right or left arrow button until Network Setup is displayed, and then press .
  3. Press the right or left arrow button until Reset Network Adapter Defaults is displayed, and then press .
  4. Press the right or left arrow button to display Yes, and then press
  5. Observe the message "Clearing Wireless Settings".  
    NOTE:  You will not be able to navigate the menu until this process is complete and the Wi-Fi light resets from  to orange ().
