This article describes the process for printing to file should a Lexmark technician require a document for testing purposes.
NOTE: As a rule .ps files are preferred by Lexmark Technical Support; however, .PDF files may also be requested for various reasons.
From the application menu bar, click File. Click Print. Click onwhen the print window opens.
Select Save as PostScript or Save as PDF as required. Click here for image. After selecting a file name and destination folder, click Print. NOTE: By default Mac OS X.5 saves all files in the User's Documents folder.
If you chose to save to the default documents folder, you can access your file(s) as follows:

Please call from near the computer and printer in case the technician asks you to perform a task involving one of these devices.
