This article describes the process for printing to file should a Lexmark technician require a document for testing purposes.
NOTE: As a rule .ps files are preferred by Lexmark Technical Support; however, .PDF files may also be requested for various reasons.
- From the application menu bar, click File.
- Click Print.
- Click on when the print window opens.
- Select Save as PostScript or Save as PDF as required. Click here for image.
- After selecting a file name and destination folder, click Print. NOTE: By default Mac OS X.5 saves all files in the User's Documents folder.
If you chose to save to the default documents folder, you can access your file(s) as follows:

Please call from near the computer and printer in case the technician asks you to perform a task involving one of these devices.
