How to clear a paper jam in OptraImage 232/242 - 433/443 ADF

Solution

To clear the paper jam:

  1. Turn off the power to the scan unit and disconnect it.

  2. Open the ADF and carefully pull out the jammed paper.


  3. Close the ADF.

  4. Reconnect the power and turn the scan unit back on.
