Solution
Purpose
This article explains how to enable Scan to FTP.
Explanation
The multifunction printer (MFP) comes with FTP disabled by default. To re-enable FTP on the printer, follow the instructions below.
Instructions
There are two ways to enable FTP on the MFP. Both methods are described below.
Using the Touchscreen:
Step Action Illustration 1 Press the button.
2 Press the button next to Settings.

Using the Web browser:
Step Action Illustration 1 Access the Web browser of the printer. Click here for instructions. 2 Click on Configuration. 3 Click on Security. 4 Click on Function Access. 5 Change the FTP access to the desired authentication level. 6 Click Submit.
