When contacting Lexmark Technical Support for service, you will need to know your printer's machine (model) type and serial number (SN). This information can be found on a label on the inside of the front cover (refer to the instructions below). This label also lists the printer's part number (TLI) , Region setting, and Config ID number.
There is also a translation sticker on the inside of the front cover. The translation sticker lists the translations of each of the button labels/names on the printer operator panel. IMPORTANT! The translation sticker is not present on the E250d and E250dn models as there are no text labels on the operator panels of these printers.
