Locating the printer's Serial Number
When calling Lexmark Technical Support for service, you will need to know your printer's machine/model type and serial number (SN). This information can be found on a label on the rear of the printer. See the pictures below for guidance.
The printer serial number is also listed on the menu settings page(s) you can print from the printer operator panel. For directions on printing a menu settings page, click here.
