How to raise memory usage limits; MarkVision Professional 11.0 (MVP); Microsoft Windows NT 4; Microsoft Windows 2000; Microsoft Windows XP; Microsoft Windows Server 2003; Default memory usage limit of 256 MB
Overview
When monitoring large fleets (i.e., 500–1000 devices) with MarkVision Professional, you may need to increase the memory-use limit.
NOTE: If the workstation's total amount of memory is equal to or below 128 MB, the default memory limit will be 128MB instead of 256MB. It is recommended you make a registry backup before performing this procedure. Lexmark will not be held liable for any errors made while editing the registry.
