This article provides the steps required to enable print error information for PostScript (PS) drivers. Print error information helps you determine the specific PS driver error causing the print failure.

 

Procedure


Step Action
1
Go to Start Control PanelPrinters or Devices and Printers (for Windows 8 and below) or Settings – Devices – Printers and Scanners (for Windows 10).

Right-click on the printer, and then select Printing Preferences.

Click on Other Options tab.

Select Print error information, and then click OK.
