The two primary methods:

  • Menus Settings via printer operator panel

Device Settings via Web page (Network)

  1. Access the printer's Web page.

To do this:

  1. Obtain the printer's IP address. (Print the Network Settings or Print Server Setup Page, or locate this value under TCP/IP via the Network > Std. Network Setup menus on the printer.)
  2. Open your Internet browser application; e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.
  3. Enter your printer's IP address or Hostname into the browser's address field. For example, enter http://Printer_IP_ADDRESS, where Printer_IP_ADDRESS is the IP address of the printer.

  1. Click on Reports located in the left-hand pane.
  2. Select Device Settings to display all default or user-defined printer configuration settings.
