What You Will See

The enhanced operator panel  found on new generation Lexmark products can be viewed, but not controlled, with MarkVision Professional.  

Explanation

Unlike older products, which are equipped with only a small number of navigational buttons, new products feature a complex button layout which prevents remote operator panel button functionality. 

Possible Solution 

If a particular printer setting cannot be found in MVP, access the printer's web page  using the All Tasks menu option.
