Environment

MarkVision Professional (MVP) 11.0; C752L; The color and mono page counters added in MVP 11.0 read the information directly from the printers. Older printer models (up to the C912) do not have these internal counters or the channels to obtain them from external applications.

Solution

The application is working as designed. Since the printers do not have the page count information, MVP cannot report it.
