Problem

Environment
MarkVision Professional (MVP); MVP client for Windows; The MVP client is designed to work only with MVP servers of the same version as the client.
Solution
This message can appear when you use a client locally on your workstation to connect to a remote server that is not the same version as the client. (This issue does not arise when you use the web client available from the server web page.)
- Please check the version of your MVP server.
- Then install a client of the same version on your workstation. Note: You can also use the MVP web client from the MarkVision server web page.
