Problem
X422 is not listed as an option for TWAIN or WIA drivers over a network.; Can print but cannot scan an image using PaperPort SE 9

Solution
The MFP is functioning as designed.
The X422 must be connected to a local port via a USB or parallel port in order to use either the TWAIN or WIA driver for scanning into an application on the computer. If you are connected to a network and using TCP/IP, you can use the MFP's web page to scan documents back to the computer. Click HERE for directions.
