This document describes the expected behavior when LRAM remains unenrolled for a long time.
The LRAM expires after 90 days (starting from the day it was installed) when left on an unenrolled status. In this sample screen shot below, the status “Expired” is shown at the lower right corner of the web user interface.
IMPORTANT! In this status it will not let you perform anything under the web user interface menu. It will also show a message at the top right (as shown above) saying to enroll to proceed.

- Name and version of the solution
- Affected printer model/s
- Printer serial number
