Overview

This document provides basic information on Server Message Block (SMB) scanning from Lexmark MFPs and other supported features.

** "Data Encryption" in this chart refers to the AES-CCM encryption available in the SMBv3 protocol which can be enabled or disabled on a per-folder basis.

** Requires SMB v3. SMB v3 to be present in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and later versions of the OS.
