Solution

Overview
 

 When trying to print on Microsoft Office 2010 or Internet Explorer 9 using Tray 2, the printer does not print, or it prints on only on Tray 1.

 

Solution
 

Follow the instructions below:
 

1. Make sure that Microsoft Office 2010 or Internet Explorer 9 application is not running or open.

2. Download and install the specific patch below:

 

For 32-bit Systems: Click here to download the file.

 

For 64-bit Systems: Click here to download the file.

 

3. Once the patch is installed, open the Office document or IE9 page that you are trying to print, set the appropriate settings to Tray 2, and then print. If it still does not print on Tray 2, restart your computer and try again.
