Lexmark C73x & X73x – Overflowing Waste Toner Bottle |

Overview
The Waste Toner Bottle/Box (WTB) stores the excess toner generated when printing. If the WTB is not fully latched into the printer, however, the printer will not be able to detect when the WTB is full. This leads to significant waste toner overflow inside the printer, its options, and even onto the table where the printer is situated.
This document guides you how to properly handle and dispose of a full waste toner bottle (to avoid a mess) and how to correctly install a new bottle into the printer to prevent possible toner overflow.
