When generating reports for MarkVision Enterprise (MVE) 1.8.2, some discovered printers will not display their hostnames.

NOTE: Generating a printer report via MVE allows users real-time tracking of printer usage.
Changing the Hostname Source value to Printers resolves this issue. Follow the steps below:

|1||Access MVE, and then click on System Configuration.|
|2||Click on the General Tab, set the Hostname Source value from Reverse DNS lookup to Printer, and then click Apply.|
