NOTE: "Sent to Printer" messages are normal and dependent upon the driver's language monitor. This message can appear for up to five minutes.
The Lexmark product engineering (PE) team may have a driver solution for this set of observed symptoms. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for further diagnoses and evaluation by members of Lexmark's engineering team.
When you call technical support, you should be prepared to provide the following information for this issue:
NOTE: UPD v2.6.1 or greater may be recommended for this particular issue. If this is recommended:
- Lexmark Communication Service (LCS)-dependent app (e.g., Lexmark Status Messenger ) may cease to function.
- Use Local Printer Management Agent (LPMA) version 1.0.85 or greater.
