Overview


A 200.2x Paper Jam error message appears on the control panel display and includes the area of the printer where the jam occurred.

 

 

Troubleshooting
 


Steps Actions
1 Be sure any previous jams have been completely removed; click here and refer to 200.xx Paper Jam Removal.
2 Ensure that the affected paper tray (could be any input source) is loaded properly; please refer to Paper Loading Tips.
3 If issue persists after performing the steps mentioned above, an issue may exist within the machine's hardware. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for other troubleshooting suggestions.
