What you will see
The printer’s operator panel displays the 900.15 Service Error.
To clear the message, follow the steps below:
- Power off the printer.
- Press and hold the STOP key.
- Power on the printer again.
- Release the STOP key when the printer comes to Ready.
NOTE: Repeat the procedure should the error not clear on the first try. If the issue persists after several tries, contact Lexmark Technical Support for additional troubleshooting steps.
