When sending fax using a Lexmark XM1145, the recipient may report back to you that the received fax document is blurry or pixilated. Click here to see a sample fax printout.
To rectify this issue, you need to update the printer’s firmware to the latest PE release code (P262). Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to get a copy of this firmware code.
