Defect Symptom

Light Vertical Line,  Bands or Streaks appear when printing (not copying or scanning).

  1. Clean the Printhead glasses (check KB SO4845).
  2. If the issue persists, please contact Lexmark Technical Support or a local authorized service provider to arrange a service call.
