Defect Symptom

Residual Image / Ghosting occurs when a 'ghost' image prints on your document, as in the image below.

  1. Perform color adjusting in the Quality menu (Menu > Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu > Color Adjust).
  2. If issue persists after completing the above steps, contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
