After running the scan to email function from Lexmark Printer Home, it will not open a "New Email" window and attach the scanned document.

Where do I get the TWAIN driver?
This should already be installed and should be listed as Lexmark TWAIN driver, or network TWAIN driver is your list of available devices within any TWAIN compatible application.
NOTE: If the TWAIN driver is not listed in the application, you can download the TWAIN driver package from support.lexmark.com, or install it from the original software installation CD that came with the printer.

Option 2: Try the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010.
