You receive a "Userid or password not verified" error message upon swiping your badge to login to your MFP. This happens when you are trying to perform a scan to your HomeDirectory via Scan to Network Folder (SNF) app.
NOTE: Manual log-in usually works but badge authentication fails. This happens specifically on a SCAC-enabled MFP.
This issue applies to the following Lexmark models, but other models not listed here could also be affected:
Update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P250 or the latest.
