A blank white or gray menu screen displays when accessing the Remote Operator Panel of a Lexmark CS310 or MS410 via the printer’s embedded web server (EWS). Click here to view steps to access EWS.
NOTE: The printer actually responds when clicking on the visible buttons; however, the menu on the 2-line window does not display.
Update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P452 or higher.
To obtain this firmware, please contact your next level of support or Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID. Support personnel can assist with the update procedure if necessary.
