What you will see
The Scan to Network Folder (SNF) Format setting returns to TIFF - Single File after you press “Change” and then “Back”. This happens even if no changes were made when the Change option was chosen. Click here to view image.
NOTE: The Format setting can be modified in the printer’s embedded web server (EWS) > Settings > Device Solutions – Solutions (eSF) or Apps – Apps Management > Scan to Network > select Configure tab, and click Edit on a Scan Destination profile. Click here to view steps to access EWS.

To resolve this issue, update the SNF app with the appropriate version for your printer.
|You have a 2010 printer model…||Update SNF app to PE Release version 4.1.27.|
|You have a 2012 printer model…||Update firmware to EC4 release which contains SNF version 4.3.17.|
