What you will see

You are experiencing one or more of the following issues:

    • You are unable to contact the server during SmartSolutions registration or update.
    • Fax and/or e-mails sent from the printer have an incorrect date.
    • Setting the date from the printer control panel does not change the date.


Recommended Action

Updated printer firmware is available to correct this issue.
