The purpose of this tool is to help you retrieve your printer's information should the Hardware Test Page fail to print from the device itself. The tool supports all 2009 products (the Pro and S Series: Pro200, Pro700, Pro800, Pro900, S300, S400, S500 and S600) for both 32 bit and 64 bit systems (XP, Vista, Win 7) including the following six languages:
- Brazilian Portuguese
How it works
This tool will parse the printer's information into a separate window upon execution. The information is broken down into six different tabs; i.e., Product Information, Hardware Status, Network Information, Printhead Information, Ink Information, and Event History. See attached screenshots below.
