When someone sends you a fax document, the received output prints in grey.
Troubleshooting

| 5 | Select Color Saver and set to default value of Off. |
Explanation
When the Color Saver setting is set to ON, the printer reduces the amount of toner it uses when printing graphics and images; however, text is printed using the default amount of toner.
