Troubleshooting

Step Action
1 Press the Menu button on the Operator Panel.
2 Select Settings.
3 Select Print Settings.
4 Select Quality Menu.
5 Select Color Saver and set to default value of Off.

Explanation

When the Color Saver setting is set to ON, the printer reduces the amount of toner it uses when printing graphics and images; however, text is printed using the default amount of toner.
