When scanning or copying a document through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), the scanned output is either a blank, colored background, or other bad image quality (IQ).
What to Do
If the issue only happens when using the ADF or Top Feeder, this issue can be fixed with the new version of scanner firmware code "00025". Click here to download the code and send it to the scanner.
