Serial number location; Where do I find the printer serial number; Warranty service call; Machine type; Printer model type; TLI number; Config ID number; Cartridge part number;

When contacting Lexmark Technical Support or arranging warranty service, you will need to know your printer's machine (model) type, and serial number, and also the cartridge part number, and serial number. You can find machine information on labels located under the printer's top-front cover and on the back of the machine. Cartridge information is located on labels on the cartridge.
    • The label under the top-front cover also lists the printer's part number (TLI) and configuration ID number (CID).
    • The printer serial number and cartridge serial numbers are also listed on the Menu Settings page that can be printed from the printer’s operator panel:  Menus > Reports > Menu Settings Page.
