- If the issue persists, make sure to check the following from the Setup Sheet:
- Front mylar spacer sheet, above the cartridge tray as shown in Step 7
- 4 Cartridge contact plugs, on the right side of each cartridge as shown in Step 9
- Should the issue persist, please contact your next level of support for further diagnosis.
